Statement of Candidacy

I profoundly believe that the key value that CE Society shall bring to members, researchers and professionals who contribute to its conferences and publications is to recognize their active role, offering ways to share and disseminate their knowledge while providing them with visibility they deserve. My responsibility as Chair of new SCTS Committee approved by CESoc BoG in January-2020 is to implement strategies aimed to support the above vision specifically for CESoc’s conferences, acknowledging great work done by reviewers, authors and organizers of these events and establishing technical sub-committees. Grounding on my reputation as a very reliable person, if elected I commit myself to promoting further actions for inclusive contribution also to other CESoc’s initiatives, enhancing publications, membership, and industry participation. I am convinced that wisdom and enthusiasm of both “old and new blood” will boost awareness about primary roles of consumer technology and about activities developed by our Society.
