Short Biography
 Diego Regruto received the Laurea degree in electronic engineering 
and the Ph.D. degree in system engineering from Politecnico di Torino, 
Torino, Italy, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. He is currently an 
Associate Professor with the Dipartimento di Automatica e Informatica, 
Politecnico di Torino. 
His main research interests are in the fields of system 
identification, robust control and convex relaxations techniques with application to automotive 
and biomedical problems. 
Dr. Diego Regruto is currently the Chair of the Technical Committee on System Identification and Adaptive Control of the 
IEEE Control System Society  (http://www.ieeecss.org/contacts/diego-regruto).
